It takes courage
It takes courage to tell someone you love them
it takes courage to take a risk and leap
it takes courage to stand up for what you believe
it takes courage to admit where you have been lying
it takes courage to live.

How expensive would it be to feed the world? Not as expensive as bombing it.

Acceptance vs. Support
So I had an interesting conversation a few days ago with my friend Sam. We talked a bit about accepting someone for they who they are and supporting who they are.
To me, there is a difference. Slight, but important.
Acceptance is an unconditional acceptance of another persons point of view, their ideas, their inspirations and their concerns.
To support them is to aid them in their points of view, their ideas, their inspirations and their concerns and so on and so forth.
I can accept a lot of things, and am shifting my focus to accept all, but can’t support a lot of people’s self damaging ways.
I wanted to know if anyone else has a thought on their ideas of Acceptance vs. Support-
Feel free to send me a reply . :)

You don’t have a soul. You are Soul. You have a Body.

When we walk like we are rushing, we print anxiety and sorrow on the earth. We have to walk in a way that we only print peace and serenity on the earth…Be aware of the contact between your feet and the earth. Walk as if you are kissing the earth with your feet.

Healing isn’t always warm and glowing.
I had an experience this week.
We were doing a reiki meditation with about 6 other co workers at a meditation class.
All the while I am having this expectation of warmth and radiant light coming to heal and fill me up…. and instead I got angry, anxious, and confused.
No one said that healing is always positive. For me, and through the help of a good loving friend Izzy, we both talked about it and realized that healing can be fully experiencing what your body is having you become present to, and that includes the pendulum swing of the lower parts of our lives.
Be Well
